Pharmacist, Owner / License #3946 / Pharm. D, B.Sc. Pharm

Getting his start in the industry at the ripe age of 10 working as a stock boy at a local pharmacy, Rob has been the owner at Cambrian Pharmacy since the 1990’s and celebrated our 60th anniversary in June 2019. He acquired is Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Alberta. He is a proud member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, studying for his masters for anti-aging medication to pursue his passion of functional medicine.

Pharmacist, Certified Immunization & Injection / License #14577 / Pharm. D

Mathieu graduated from the Université de Montréal in 2015. After working in Montreal for 2 years, he moved to Calgary and joined the Cambrian team. In 2014, Mathieu retired from sport after having competed on the National Team in speed skating for 11 years. He is a 2-time Olympian (Vancouver 2010/Sochi 2014) and won a gold medal at the Vancouver 2010 Olympics in Team Pursuit. With high performance sport as a background, Mathieu embraces the fundamentals of healthy living and is fully dedicated to make sure his patients reach their own personal health goals.

Pharmacist / Certified Diabetes Educator, INR Specialist, Certified Stocking Fitter / B.S.P.

Working at Cambrian Pharmacy for over 16 years, Olga Dmytrisin has been a familiar face to many of us. With a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Olga has continued her education throughout her +50 years of experience. She is a certified diabetes educator, as well as a compression stocking fitter. On top of those achievements, Olga is also a BHRT consultant, and has a certificate for immunizations and injections. And most recently has gained her additional prescribing authorization. Olga has recently become a proud baba of 3 grandchildren.

Pharmacist / License #3196 / B.Sc. Pharm

Anwen has known she wanted to be a pharmacist since the tender age of 14. She graduated from the University of Alberta in 1979 and after all the years of practicing knows it was a good decision. Over half of her career has been spent at Cambrian Pharmacy and as a resident of the neighbourhood for over 30 years, has enjoyed providing care for the people in the community and beyond. She is certified to administer injections. Since early 2019, Anwen has been overseeing the Northern Star Mothers Milk Bank program which allows for easier access to human milk for babies who require supplementation. This program has been very rewarding since the milk can be accessed when the Milk Bank is closed. Being able to help new parents navigate this process has been very satisfying! Anwen enjoys spending time with family and friends (including the four-legged ones!). She also enjoys reading and hiking. She hopes to return to travelling soon.

Pharmacist / License #4202 / B.Sc. Pharm

Kathy has been working as a pharmacist for over 30 years, which majority of those years being at Cambrian Pharmacy. Kathy is a valuable member of our team, working with patients to ensure their needs are met. She is certified to administer injections and specializes in pain medication compounding, utilizing our compounding lab to create customized prescriptions for patients who have specific needs. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hiking, gardening, and reading.

Pharmacist / License #16047 / Pharm. D

David was born and raised in Calgary but earned his Pharm. D degree in Phoenix, Arizona. He initially worked as a pharmacy assistant at Cambrian Pharmacy and soon discovered his passion for pharmacy that let him decide to become a pharmacist. After graduating in 2018, he decided to move back home to Calgary and back to the Cambrian team. He enjoys being an accessible healthcare member for patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and utilizing compounding expertise to tailor medication to patients’ needs when applicable. In his spare time, he enjoys going out to Windermere in BC, playing hockey during the winter season, and water skiing in the summer.

Pharmacy Technician

Danna has been part of Cambrian Pharmacy since 2018 and is the lead technician at the store. She has received a Bachelor of Science and worked in veterinary medicine for 8 years before landing her role in the pharmacy. In her spare time, she enjoys hitting the slopes for snowboarding and doing triathlons.

Store Manager

Jennifer has been the Front Store Manager at Cambrian Pharmacy since 2018. In 1999, she received a bachelor’s degree of Human Ecology in Food & Nutrition from the University of Manitoba. Jennifer has a strong passion for helping people and believes in a balanced lifestyle. In the spring and summer months, you will find her spending time enjoying the mountains with her family. Jennifer loves the great staff and products which makes Cambrian Pharmacy so Unique. It truly is a hidden gem!

Front Cash Lead

Rose has been working at Cambrian Pharmacy since January 2013 as a customer service representative. She enjoys working with her coworkers and is always willing to help customers. In her spare time, Rose enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and going out for walks.

Skincare & Cosmetics Lead

Shannon has been an esthetician since 2016 and was a flight attendant in her previous career. She has a passion for beauty & healthy living and enjoys sharing her expertise with her clients.

Supplements Specialist

Lindsay has worked at Cambrian Pharmacy since 2019. She has a passion for natural health and helping people. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2014. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming.

Post Office Lead

Jill is a native Calgarian and a graduate of the Culinary Arts Program at SAIT. Upon graduation, Jill worked for several years in a bakery and then privately decorating cakes. After staying home to raise her two children, she took one of the roles of a retail postal clerk where she could continue working with the public. Jill is very pleased to join the staff at Cambrian Pharmacy and to bring with her over 30 years of customer service experience. She has over 14 years of expertise with successfully managing busy Canada Post retail outlets within Northwest Calgary and the Beltline area. When she is not working, Jill enjoys walking in Nosehill Park with her husband and their dog, Piper. She treasures time spent with her family and friends and weekend getaways to the family lake property.
